These beta terms govern access to WorkWindow by professional users and organisations.
Effective 7 September 2026 · Public beta1. Service and eligibility
WorkWindow is a professional planning tool provided by Nord Skan AS. You must be authorised to act for the organisation connected with your account and provide accurate account and operating information.
2. Forecast and operational responsibility
WorkWindow compares automated forecast data with limits entered by the user. It does not certify limits, inspect procedures, replace local observations or issue an operating permit. The operator remains responsible for risk assessment, competent personnel, approved procedures and every go/no-go decision.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep access links and devices secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with monitoring, scrape the service at scale or use it in violation of law or third-party rights. Nord Skan may suspend access needed to protect the service or other users.
4. Plans, renewal and cancellation
Current price and billing frequency are shown before Stripe Checkout. Subscription plans renew until cancelled. Customers can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes and cancellation through the billing portal. Access may be restricted after payment failure or when a subscription ends.
5. Availability and beta changes
During public beta, features, data coverage and availability may change. Nord Skan aims to operate the service reliably but does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free forecasts. Planned material changes will be communicated where practical.
6. Intellectual property and data
Nord Skan retains rights in the WorkWindow software and presentation. Users retain their rights in submitted operational data. Forecast and map data remain subject to the relevant source licences and attribution requirements.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, WorkWindow is supplied as planning support and Nord Skan is not liable for operational decisions made solely from the service, indirect loss, loss of production or loss caused by unavailable or incomplete third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Ending use and contact
You may stop using WorkWindow, cancel paid access and delete an eligible account. Statutory billing records may remain after account closure. Questions can be sent to post@nord-skan.com.
